Amazon Taps Hart and Thompson to Bottle Olympics Magic for Prime Video

Kevin Hart and Kenan Thompson are reuniting for “Good Sports,” a new weekly sports talk show for Prime Video that builds on the viral success of their 2024 Olympics commentary.

  • The primetime playbook: The 12-episode program premieres November 25 and will stream live every Tuesday. Each episode will feature the duo’s unfiltered takes on everything from the NFL to Little League, alongside celebrity interviews and comedic field reports.

  • A guaranteed win: Hart called the show a “guaranteed win,” adding it’s a chance to “celebrate sports culture in a way that’s fresh, unfiltered, and full of laughs.” Thompson added that the new series is "next-level" compared to their Olympics gig, calling it “us just being ourselves—cracking jokes and probably pulling muscles we didn’t know we had.”

  • The final score: By pairing two comedy heavyweights, Amazon is betting that personality-driven commentary can be as valuable as the live games themselves, turning sports-adjacent content into a main event.

The new show is the latest addition to Prime Video's expanding sports empire, which includes a growing lineup of live rights for everything from the NFL to NASCAR and international soccer.
